Shipping costs

Shipping is not included in the price. It is calculated from the weight of the order and the country of destination, using our carriers’ tariffs. You see it in the configurator as soon as you enter the country and the postcode, itemised before you pay, and it is confirmed on the proforma invoice.

How it is calculated

Carrier tariff

Based on the chargeable weight of the order and the delivery zone within the country. One belt barrier post weighs 9 kg packed.

Fuel surcharge

12% on the tariff, the same surcharge the carrier applies to us.

Order-value discount

From CHF 1'000 of product you pay half the tariff; from CHF 2'000 no shipping and no fuel surcharge.

Customs clearance

Shipments to Switzerland only: CHF 45.00. It is not covered by the discount. Swiss import VAT is settled by the carrier with the consignee.

For belt barrier posts: from 13 posts you pay half the shipping, and from 26 posts you pay none.

What it costs, country by country

Indicative figures for orders of belt barrier posts, excluding VAT, with the fuel surcharge and the order-value discount already applied. Where a country has several delivery zones, the figure is the average for the territory and the range from the cheapest to the most expensive zone is shown below it. The shipping on your order depends on the postcode: we confirm it before you pay.

In Switzerland the product carries a 25% surcharge, so an order reaches the thresholds sooner: at 30 posts shipping is already free and only the customs clearance remains.
